It is my pleasure and privilege to offer 1-1 counselling sessions for people struggling with their narratives about themselves, their relationships, and the world. I am a trained practitioner of the Choose Again method of mindfulness and wellbeing, in particular the Six Steps to Freedom process, as well as therapeutic breathwork. I offer Six Steps and mindfulness counselling sessions online or in person (in Vancouver, Canada), and private and group breathwork sessions in Vancouver.
